Morphometric Analysis of Cervical Spinal Cord and Spinal Canal with Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Turkish Adults

Giriş: Yetişkin Türk popülasyonunda servikal spinal kanal çapı ve kord çap-alanı normal değerlerinin manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Değerlerin yaşa, cinsiyete düzeylerine göre değişip değişmediği araştırıldı. Gereç Yöntem: 300 erişkin hastanın (150 kadın / 150 erkek) MRG'sini geriye dönük olarak inceledik. Hastalar yaşlarına 3 gruba (18-39, 40-59 60 yaş üstü) ayrıldı. Spinal sagital planda, alanı aksiyal C3 C6 seviyelerinden ölçüldü. Bulgular: Cinsiyet, değerlerini etkiler. Erkeklerde hem de ölçümleri kadınlara daha yüksek bulundu. alanı, bakılmaksızın düzeyinde düzeyindekinden düşük Hem omurilik kranialden kaudale azaldı (C3-C6). Yaşa bağlı grupların değerlendirilmesinde verilerimizde önemli farklılıklar tespit edilmiş yaşın parametrenin belirlenmesinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.
